BUI browser tab closes without warning

Summary:

When you accidentally clicked the browser tab that contained the BUI, it warned you, asking if you wanted to leave the site. Now it doesn't, and our agents are losing time and data when they do this.

We upgraded to 23C a couple of weeks ago. Since then, agents have noticed a change in the browser tab behavior. When we clicked to close the tab containing the BUI, a message would pop up to say you were leaving the site, do you really want to do that? The same thing is happening in Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Edge.
