Get TimeZoneInfo from an interface in an Add In

I am trying to get the TimeZoneInfo object in an Add In from the current Interface, to convert the UTC time from the server into the correct time for that interface and viceversa. I only can get the Timezonename which is the abbreviation however. What is the best way to deal with the UTC <> Interface Timezone DateTimes?
