How the check the agent desktop is locked(inactive agent) in the status bar addin

Hi All,

I have one status bar addin , which is showing ticker message from the custom object. Ticker message is refresh after every 30 minute. 
 
When agent is idle and console is locked. Soap api which fetch the data from the custom object give the error "Invalid saml assertion in security header".
 
I had check the IGlobalContext but there is no way to check the console is locked.

Please suggest, How to handle this issue.
