Remove Create Account from Login Dialog

We do not allow customers to create an account through the Customer Portal and had this removed from the LoginDialog widget. However, when I upgraded to the 3.3 framework, this feature has reappeared. Does anyone know what I need to pull/alter in a custom widget to prevent this option from displaying?
