Attention Required!!! Issues with Task History and Email Notifications in OIC's Process Cloud
Summary: We're currently on OIC Gen 2 - Process and have the following issues/queries.
- Viewing a task’s history in ‘Full View’ mode through the ‘My Tasks’ > ‘My Tasks’ > ‘History’ section works fine. However, when trying to view the same process through ‘My Tasks’ > ‘Processes’ > ‘Open Activities’ > ‘Launch Form’ dropdown to the task popup > ‘History’ section with ‘Full View’ mode, the history doesn’t appear. Why is this?
- The ‘History’ section doesn’t display the exact timestamp (down to the second) of when a user acted on a task. Is there a way to get this level of detail?
- Is there a way to view the entire history of a human task flow, rather than having to navigate through the ‘History’ section in ‘List View’ mode and select individual human task flows, similar to how comments are displayed?
