Hi,

  I already create my own AddIn for our CTI 

 

What i need know from you, if you can help me, is the way to find and show a contact workspace based in the phone number.

I already see the Oracle.RightNow.Cti.ScreenPopHandlers.Samples but due it is made in MEF + WPF (I am doing this integration in Winforms , C#) and i am not able to run it due an error when trying to run it i need the class that i should import and the method to do this, if there is another page/site/forum where to find answers about this would be helpfull too.
