Construction of the request syntax and base object and table mapping for REST

Summary:

We want to use the Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) REST API to query for multiple records and receive a response with the needed fields. In addition to syntax, I need to understand the base object and table mapping to target the fields of interest.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Obtaining table records via the OSC REST API has been determined to be unsuitable to our needs. Mainly due to the REST API being restricted to returning record ids and links only when requesting multiple records. The Bulk Extract method likewise does not return an expected or useable response, mainly due to being limited to the Incident object. These restrictions have been confirmed by the OSC REST API documentation.

Howdy, Stranger!
