Greetings everyone! I am new to the Oracle Right Now "Service Cloud" System. I have been reading through all the developer materials, and I am looking to see if anyone has any prebuilt examples or can point me in the right direction of a Workspace AddIn that grabs a Contact ID, so I can pass this along to my ROQL statement. Many thanks in advance for all the help!
