OCI yum update fails for libnghttp2 and samba-common on OEL8

Summary:

1) Package libnghttp2 update on kernel 5.15.0-105.125.6.2.2.el8uek.x86_64 fails with:

Error: Error downloading packages:

 libnghttp2-1.33.0-5.el8_9.x86_64: Download failed: Interrupted by header callback: Server reports Content-Length: 78568 but expected size is: 78564

2) Package samba-common fails with:

Problem: package samba-common-libs-4.18.6-1.0.1.el8.x86_64 from @System requires samba-common = 4.18.6-1.0.1.el8, but none of the providers can be installed

 - cannot install both samba-common-4.18.6-2.0.1.el8_9.noarch from ol8_baseos_latest-x86_64 and samba-common-4.18.6-1.0.1.el8.noarch from @System

 - cannot install both samba-common-4.18.6-2.0.1.el8_9.noarch from ol8_baseos_latest-x86_64 and samba-common-4.18.6-1.0.1.el8.noarch from ol8_baseos_latest-x86_64

 - cannot install the best update candidate for package samba-common-libs-4.18.6-1.0.1.el8.x86_64
