DLL not loading

Am working on couple of External DLL's , i imported them and they are very much usable during coding, however when complied they are not loaded. Addin basically does not able to find the the source of the dll.

DLL is unable to find or load during Run.Tried copying the DLL in base folder's bin directory.Still no help! 

Any help around this would be great.
