how to show contact by phone via a popup in agent desktop console?
I am a newbee of Cloud Service.
I am asked to give a solution that make a popup when a call come to a agent.
the CTI is a third party CTI(CISCO)
I have read much of the document, after many try, I only found one possible way, I will show here to see if it works.
So the agent have not a web portal like the customer, right?
the agent need login to the Desktop Console to do their work, right?
so if I need a popup to show the customer's contact, I need develop a addin, right?
