How to put filter on Phone Line Type and also include employees without the type in OTBI?

Summary:

Hi All,

I am fetching employee's data through OTBI where I also want to fetch the employee's Home Mobile Phone data only. After I apply the filter to Phone Line Type, employees with other phone types' values are not reflected in the result.

How can I fetch all the employees and only the Home Mobile Phone for phone number else blank?
