IP Address of Source
We have an ongoing implementation where as per the requirement, a web service (resides in customer server) should be invoked when a create incident (using CPM) event occurs.
Client's network team have allowed the web service to be invoked from service cloud console only i.e. It is not fully public. The URL, http://xxxx--tst.custhelp.com is allowed through port 80.
However, same is not getting invoked.There is no problem with the code as its a simple invocation.The request is not coming to the web service at first place as verified through logs
