ROQL in CPM having issues passing Testing

Hello All,

Having trouble with a simple CPM not passing Testing. When I press the Test button, the window appears indicating that Testing is in progress, but after ~10 seconds it simply disapears without any error or message and the state remains "Not Tested".

We have been using this script successfully for the last 6 months and I went in to make a change and am now experiencing this. I even tried uploading the original script with the same outcome.

I've isolated it to the below ROQL query which returns ~1,100 records. If I limit the query to an individual ID it passes just fine and immediately.
