Knowledge Foundation Connect API - StartInteraction: ReferrerURL reporting
We currently have a customer who are using the KF Connect API Startinteraction call as part of their Customer Portal deployment, documented here.
Our customer would like to to be able to report on users who visit the customer portal. Since above the call records the referrer URL at the start of each session, it was thought that information could potentially be used to generate this type of report on their users.
It was thought that this information might be stored in an externally available table (such as the Visits or Clickstreams table), in which case it could be used for the purpose of generating reports, but this does not seem to be the case.
