GetWorkSpaceRecord Custom Object Field

I currently have an Add-In that will grab information from the Workspace such as Contact Information, and the Incident Reference Number. What I am currently trying to accomplish is grabbing the value of a customfield in the workspace as well. I have seen numerous posts about using ICFVal, but I do not have the ID for the customfield, and I am not sure where I would get this from. I am still learning the RN environment as well, so any and all help is greatly appreciated. I did see in an older post that if you mouse over a field
