Does Browser UI support .Net Add-ins?

Hi,

We have a requirement for displaying the add-in which is present in agent desktop incident workspace on BUI. I found a link that shows the supported and unsupported features on BUI.

But this had very little details about the add-ins and their functionality on BUI. What would be the starting point for using the extensibility framework for add-ins? Any suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated.
