Is chat stored in an incident is encrypted in DB? If not, is there any configuration setting to encrypt the entire chat data? Please suggest. 

Also, we would like to have chat view audit log i.e. whenever a call center agent refers old chat history we should be able to capture timestamp and agent how viewed the chat history. Is it possible to achieve? 

Any suggestions will be helpful.
