SQL Error: Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction

Hi,

 

We are facing intermittent issue while syncing the contact information from external system via custom script (Connect PHP API). We are getting below error in our log, same request if retried goes without any error.

 

Please suggest/help in this case, support is unable to replicate the issue and no much help is provided as of now.
