Tracked Unsubscribe Link to Unsubscribe campaign

I was wondering why it is not possible to create a tracked link, that is marked as an unsubscribe link, to a campaign page with user credentials.

I have a setup whereby there is a custom campaign for the unsubscription flow, as there are surveys etc involved. The best setup I could think of was to create a tracked unsubscribe link that counts towards the unsubscribe clicks in the mailing statistics. But I cannot pass the standard user encrypted string to a campaign page in a tracked link, and I cannot mark a webpage link as an unsubscribe link.
