Is it possible to customize chat within the Service Console?  I want to modify the chat content as it occurs and within the Service Console.  That is, I want to interject into the Agent's chat with a customer for the purposes of modifying the chat message as they occur.

I have looked at the Chat APIs, Custom Chat Interface API and Third Party Queue API, and it isn't clear that any of these support this ability.
