Transactional Survey - Limiting Responses
With our Transactional Survey, the survey is sent as a link, via email. However, we have noticed that our consumers can click the link multiple times, and take the survey more than once.
How can we limit so that this link expires after being clicked? I do see the "Expiration Max Responses" option within the survey. However, the information provided in the Knowledgebase is a bit confusing. According to the information, the "responses" are for every questions.
So, to limit the customer from only being able to take this survey once, would we set the "Expiration Max Responses" to the number of questions in the survey?
