Unable to pop-up Syndicated Proactive chat on CP pages

Hi there,

We are calling syndicated proactive chat widget using Engagement Engine on a CP page, but the widget is not displayed. The same widget when we are calling on a normal web page the widget is getting displayed.

Is there anything which I am missing or something on the CP page which is causing the widget to be suppressed?
