When we first configured RightNow 2 years ago we got a basic transactional survey configured and are just now looking to begin implementation (well, testing first). Thinking ahead to when we do implement in production (i.e. Enable the Business Rule that sends the survey) how do I know if the rule is going to send surveys for incidents that were closed before we activated the rule? In other words, we're only going to want to have the surveys sent for tickets created/closed since going live with the survey. The rule sits in our Processing State which is the final state
