identify the email addresses for emails that were not delivered - hard bounce and general block
We recently sent a broadcast mailer in which emails were not delivered - hard bounce and general block. We are seeking the ability to identify the email addresses of those affected emails. I've reviewed a series of public reports (\Public Reports\Marketing) as well as each of the reports on the mailing details tab:
- Mailing Results
- Mailing Statistics
- Mailing Activity Trend
- Mailing Delivery by Domain
- Mailing Opt-Out details.
We are looking to identify those email addresses and the specific root cause as to why the email was not delivered.
