Data Import - Cannot import data from CSV into a custom object

Hello,

We are preparing to migrate from Salesforce to Oracle RIghtNow. For this we have created a test custom object in RightNow and have created a test CSV to test data import wizard. However, I am not able to import it into the object.

I do not find the 'Custom Object' option in 'Data Record Type' in Data Import Wizard.Secondly, I cannot figure out how to enable Custom Objects to appear in the 'Data Record Type' selection.

 

Please help.
