Unable to send proof email in Test environment

Hi

I'm hoping someone can help - I've set up a new survey in our test environment, but when I attempt to send a proof message it shows as sent but I'm not receiving the proof. 

The survey is active, it has been launched, I've checked the outreach mailbox and there is data there and accepts outgoing/incoming emails.

Am I missing something obvious?
