Query Clickstream Data for a specific session id in hook

Hi,

Can anyone advise on how to query the clickstream data for the current session id from within a hook (probably pre-incident-create)?

My use case it to capture the platform os, common user agent name and version (e.g. IE11), and the raw http user agent string from clickstream and store it in custom fields on incident so the data is not lost when clickstream data is housekept.
