Geographical location of mailing opening

I'm trying to see if the Oracle product can give a location of where an email from a mailing has been sent/opened? 

As an example, I email 5 people in different locations in the UK and I can see that 3 were opened in London, 1 in Edinburgh and 1 in Cardiff.  I can't find any documentation that confirms either way that this is or isn't achievable with the product out the box. Does anyone have any insight?

I'm pretty sure this is offered as an out the box feature for a paid account with Survey Monkey.
