Detect Chat Engagement Events

I need to build an add-in which logs the user out if they miss two consecutive chats in a row.

I know that I can poll the chat_events table using ROQL and look for the "Agent Engagement Auto Declined" event, but I would prefer to detect this using the add-in framework if possible ( I hate polling web services ).  I checked through all of the objects related to chat in the RightNow.AddIns.AddInViews namespace, but I'm not seeing anything I can use to detect auto declines since no workspace would be loaded in this scenario.

I also didn't see a config setting for this which is pretty surprising to me.

Howdy, Stranger!
