Any program we have to run to get data access automatically based on Data Provisioning Rules

Hi,

We have enabled the Manage Data Provisioning Rules. We created the data provisioning rule and submitted the ESS 'Autoprovision Roles for All Users'. But still, there is no update on data access yet. Data Access is not getting assigned automatically. Is there any program required to run to get the data access to the user with this setup?
