Hello,

I am writing a short script to integrate javascript api with my RightNow custom workspace and need to read the value of the incident Date Created field. I already know the syntax for getting custom field values but can't seem to find the correct one when it comes to the standard values.

I'm looking for something like: window.external.incident.GetField(created)

Can anyone please provide me with the correct syntax on this matter?
