Should we migrate from CP v3.2 to v3.3?

I've reviewed Willie's Migration Guide CP v3.2-->v3.3 and while it does a good job of documenting the changes, I'm still wondering whether I should migrate. I understand there is significant change to existing functionality and lots of new functionality, but migrating would also require another round of testing which isn't a small task. Does anyone have some general guidelines/advice on choosing whether to complete this migration?

We don't have a need for Community features and that seems to be the biggest change.
