Hi All,

We have a rule in place to block email wherein the Contact - Primary Email matches regular expression say [email protected].

However, the issue we are having is that its not blocking emails coming from say [email protected] or [email protected].

Could you please advise if there is a way to do this apart from using Incident Email Header condition.
