Does anyone have any idea how to change a Link URL in a Message template? 

I am trying to edit the Subscription Link in the Contact Emails > Social > Subscription Notification for New Comment template.  

When I edit the template source, I can see <rn:view_subscriptions_link> tag surrounding the link text.  I can also see the list of available Links in the Toolbox.

I want to change the URL of this tag but cant find anywhere in the Template editor/Configuration Settings/Message Bases to change this.
