On the "out of the box" contact workspace, there is a container for View Survey History.  That report ID is 10012 - The print version of it only includes first last name and email address.  I want to edit the message "template" - but it's not found in the message template library. 

When I copy the report, I find this code in the "View" column - msg_lookup(21675)

Where can I edit that message?
