Hi all, I have a couple of questions...

  1. Say we launch a mailing, and send it to 100,000 customers (10,000 per hour), and suddenly 2 hours later the contact centre is flooded by questions from the customers. If we cancel or suspend the mailing or campaign, will it stop mid-batch (i.e. 20,000 customers) or will it only stop at the end of the segment (i.e. the 100,000 customers)
  2. From the configuration options it seems that we can add a segment of 100,000 customers to the mailing and then send from 2,500 to 1,000,000 per hour (see attached). Is there a way to stagger it by day? week? month?
