Hi,

I checked the related documentations I don't find a way to do it.

We have encountered some cases in which the customers come back with an email saying that the scores provided are wrong. It would be great to have this possibility.

If the "Submitted Survey is read only", could you please share some official information then I can tell my users that is by design and not supported.
