Inability to create reminders after survey sent is ridiculous

I set up my first Broadcast Survey last week and only have learnt now that reminder emails have to be scheduled prior to the Broadcast Survey message being sent. There is nowhere in the Survey workspace that advises of this point.

This is ridiculous. Oracle need to add a validation checklist prior to sending messages that runs as a stop-off point, to warn console users what actions must be done prior to the launch of the survey.

I am really mad at Oracle about this.
