Hi - I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this strange issue. We have had agents report to us that their font size in the Incident Thread and response panes is extremely small

I had been unable to re-create this behavior until today. In my test agent account, my font size is very small. if I pull that same incident ID up under a different user account, the font size is normal. Both of these accounts are using the same OSvC console. Please see attached screen shots to see what I mean. It appears as if the display is almost 2 font sizes smaller.
