Report Command Addin when no data in the report

Hi All,

I have a requirement to have a report command addin on a report which is on a workspace tab and when clicked on the report command command addin should open a custom object workspace to create a new record on the object(Similar to Add New standard feature). This works fine when there is atleast a row on the data but throws error 'Object Reference not set to instance of an object' when there are rows in the report and clicked on this report command.
