Hi All,

I wants to open the incident in separate tab when user click on Terminate button in chat workspace.

I have read that this functionality is not present with enhanced service console but the I wants it on Enhanced console. Is there any alternate way to Open incident with rule or AddIn?

Can I capture terminate event of chat workspace?
