Survey Link Shows Error

Hi All,

I tried sending a proofing survey from my transactional survey. i got the email with a survey link as invitation message. the screenshot of the message is attached. But when i clicked on the link the browser page shows error - "There has been an error with your request." .

And if i directly paste the survey URL in browser the questions will be displayed but after filling up the survey question when clicking the submit button the next page shows "Forbidden".  Did anyone knows why this is happening and how we can resolve this issue??
