Summary:

Hey Guys,

Currently, I am developing a workflow process to copy and assign an incident to a contact that I select. What I found is that if there is an asset which already assigned to the previous incident,it will get reassigned to the new contact as well during the copy process. Ideally, I wish that both new and old will have individual assets assigned to their profile with the same asset information after a button event is fought.

I tried the Copy feature that workflow has. But it will throw an error and said can't find the last assets.
