Questions-Dependent -Text/Choice

Hi All,

Can we create a dependent question like based on one value choose I need to display the other question based on certain conditions.

For eg.,I have created a question like yes/no type.Once the customer choose No as an option, then the text box question has to appear, otherwise it wont appear.
