Adding a survey question

We have a closed a incident survey running with that is customized with a special header to match our website. I would like to add a question to the end of this survey. I found documentation on how to add a survey question here, but I'm wondering if I do add the question will it automatically have the same look and feel as previous questions within the survey. Is there anything else I need to consider when adding this question?
