Filtering search results in Customer Portal based on product
In a Knowledge Advanced environment, the implementer is trying to use the OkcsProductCategoryInput widget to allow users to filter searches by product.
When we perform search in knowledge base page typing keyword and choosing product filter, result which I am getting is (product choosen + keyword) combined, treating product as a keyword in the resulting output.
Expectation: result should be based on product that I choose.
So here, if I want to filter data based on product what should I do?
