SEND_SAVE_INC_ASSOC_VALID_MBOX_PLS_MSG Message Base Item

Hi,

I'm looking for any information about the EXACT circumstances in which this Message Base item is used in the pop up shown below.

On the face of it, I'd expect it to be displayed if, say, the mailbox associated with the Incident was not configured to send outbound emails but this condition throws a notification error that doesn't utilise this text.  It does not display the text from this item in a pop up.  A colleague did however have this text appear in a pop-up on one occasion when testing a change.  We have been unable to replicate it since that one occasion, hence this post!
