Is it advisable to schedule any job to run every 5 minutes? Here are some jobs we run very frequently:

Import Costs: Every 5 minutes

Transfer Invoice Details to Receivables: Every 10 minutes

Confirm Invoice Acceptance Status in Receivables: Every 10 minutes

I am not able to find any documents around best practices. Looking to get some opinions from this community. Is it OK to run jobs as frequently as this. We also have all sorts of Create Accounting jobs running every hour and Import Autoinvoice every 30 minutes. We have several Business units and Ledgers. So each of these jobs are running for each BU/Ledger. Every once in a while, we get an error related with limited queue slots. We also get instances where jobs go in an External Job Status of WAITING for sever minutes to couple of hours.
