Dear Devs, I'm sure you're all busy on this, that, and the other but there's a very CRITICAL Tabular Output that's not available but should be.

The Agent/Representative who Created the Incident isn't available as an optional Field that's indexed.

Of course one can open the Incident and see who added the first notes, Private Notes/Files to the Incident but when you open an Organization we should have a Field in Tabular Output Row that displays the Agent's Name.

First and Last name would be best but either one would work.

Of course if it has to be one or the Last Name would be best since most centers have at least 2-3 people with same First Names.
